Slating/Tiling Re-roofs
One of the most common jobs that is conducted by many roofing companies daily.
- Removal of all old; covering, battens and felts from site.
- Re-felting using new treated laths and felts.
- Re-tiling/slating leaving a clean job behind everytime.
- Any flashings that had been moved during the re-roof, get fully re-dressed.
Polyester Torch On Felt
You will find many companies nowadays using rubber roofing / fibreglass grp. These come with many draw backs from integrity to the rotting of decks.
- Priming of deck for the felt to adhere better.
- Heating and rolling of felt and sealing overlaps.

Why am I seeing black mould upstairs?
Black spot mould is usually caused from condensation. From experience, the biggest causes of this condensation are improper insulation installation or non breathable felts.
Why are my gutters leaking?
Gutters can leak from something like an outlet/downpipe/pipe being blocked, leading it to build up and over. However it could be something like the gutter pulling away and leaning from the fascia which requires further work.
Where abouts do you work?
We are based/operate mainly in Ashton-under-Lyne and the local vicinity. We are however contracted and are required to travel from places like Edinburgh all the way down to Exeter.
